Hi there! I’m Sheena, the heart behind Healthy Start Medical Spa, LLC.

With over 10 years of nursing experience—from caring for newborns to supporting seniors, and working in public health, mental wellness, and addiction medicine—I’ve learned so much from the incredible people I’ve had the honor of treating. After earning my Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP), I realized how often traditional healthcare rushes through appointments, leaving little room for truly personalized care.
