1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

2. MEDICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER & REQUIREMENTS

THIS IS THE MOST CRITICAL SECTION FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

2.1 Not a Substitute for Medical Care. The Services provided by Healthy Start Medical Spa are for wellness support and management under clinical supervision. They are NOT a substitute for primary medical care, emergency services, or the ongoing relationship with your primary care physician (PCP).

2.2 Consult Your Physician. You represent and warrant that you have consulted with your personal physician regarding your participation in our weight loss and/or hormone therapy programs and have received medical clearance to participate. You agree to maintain your relationship with your PCP for comprehensive health care.

2.3 No Guaranteed Results. Individual results from our programs vary significantly. We make no guarantee, warranty, or promise of any specific medical or weight loss outcome.

2.4 Medication Fulfillment. As part of our Services, prescribed medications may be shipped directly to you by our partner, a licensed and certified compounding pharmacy. You understand that:

All medications require a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider affiliated with our Company after a qualified consultation.

The pharmacy is solely responsible for the safe dispensing, labeling, and shipping of medications.

You are responsible for providing a secure and appropriate delivery address and for retrieving medications promptly upon delivery.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, software, etc.) is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you submit (including health history forms) is truthful, accurate, and complete.

  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
